Manta is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for all users.

To protect minors (individuals under 18 years old), this policy sets clear rules regarding eligibility, prohibited content, monitoring mechanisms, and consequences for violations.

 If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please stop using Manta immediately.

1. Eligibility

To protect minors, Manta enforces the following age restrictions:

✅ Only users who are 18 years of age or older may use Manta.

This aligns with international platforms such as Tinder, Bumble, Snapchat, TikTok (adult features), and Discord.

❌ Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering for or using Manta.

⚠️ If we discover that a user is a minor, we will take the following actions:

• Immediately suspend or delete the account

• Remove related content

• Prevent re-registration

2. Prohibited Content Involving Minors

Regardless of the real age of the user, any content involving minors—including fictional minors—is strictly prohibited.

The following are forbidden:

❌ Uploading, generating, or distributing any sexual or adult content involving minors

Including but not limited to:

• Nude or partially nude images of minors

• Minors depicted in sexualized, seductive, or suggestive contexts

• AI-generated child sexual content

• Any descriptions of sexual acts involving minors

• Sexualized text, images, videos, voice content, or depictions involving minors

This includes:

• Real

• Fictional

• AI-generated

• Cartoon

• Anime

• Comics

• Digital composites

• Deepfakes

and any other form.

❌ Attempting to induce the AI to produce harmful or sexualized content involving minors

Examples include prompting AI to:

• “Create a minor character”

• “Describe a student under 18 in a sexual or romantic situation”

• “Generate a relationship between an adult and a minor”

❌ Uploading sensitive images of minors (even if the minor is your own child)

Because Manta includes:

• Voice analysis

• Visual AI Agents

• AI engines that may flag or process the content

• Automated storage and processing

Uploading sensitive images of minors presents privacy and safety risks and is therefore prohibited.

❌ Any harassment, threats, or deceptive behavior involving minors

Including:

• Pretending to be a minor to approach adults

• Pretending to be an adult to approach minors

• Attempting to solicit personal information from minors

3. Risky Behaviors Involving Minors

The following actions are also strictly prohibited:

❌ Asking others for proof of age or requesting ID documents

 (This may lead to privacy and security risks.)

❌ Using AI to generate voices, personas, or characters representing minors, such as:

• “A 14-year-old AI character”

• “A middle school personality Agent”

• “Child-like voice models”

❌ Uploading images or videos containing sensitive environments associated with minors, such as:

• Schools

• Children’s bedrooms

• Playgrounds

• Daycare facilities

❌ Encouraging AI to discuss sensitive topics involving minors, such as:

• Self-harm

• Abuse

• Neglect

If a user requests psychological support, we may recommend external professional resources instead of generating such content.

4. How We Detect Minor-Related Risks

To ensure safety, Manta uses multiple layers of detection:

✅ AI Content Detection

Applied to:

• Images (including facial and scene analysis)

• Videos

• Voice messages

• Text content

• Conversations

To identify risks involving minors.

✅ Behavioral Analysis

Including detection of:

• Suspected impersonation of minors

• Uploading minor-related imagery

• Attempts to induce AI to generate child sexual content

• Suspicious patterns such as repeated account creation

✅ Human Review

Content flagged by AI may be reviewed by trained human moderators.

✅ Mandatory Actions Under Law

When required, we may:

• Freeze the account

• Preserve evidence

• Report violations to law enforcement

5. Consequences of Violations

If we detect violations of this policy, we may take immediate action:

🚫 Content Removal

Any content involving minors will be permanently deleted.

🚫 Feature Restrictions

Including disabling uploads, voice features, or visual AI analysis.

🚫 Account Suspension or Permanent Ban

Violations may result in permanent termination, even if the content was “AI-generated” or claimed as accidental.

🚫 Re-Registration Blocking

Devices, phone numbers, and emails may be restricted.

🚫 Reporting to Authorities

• In cases involving:

• Child sexual content

• Exploitation

• Abuse

• Risk of abduction

• Any severe threats to minors

6. Parents & Guardians

Since Manta is strictly for users 18 years or older:

• We do not knowingly collect any data from minors.

• If a parent or guardian believes a minor is using Manta, please contact us:

We will take immediate action to handle the account or content.

7. Data Protection for Minor-Related Content

If a user accidentally uploads content involving minors:

• It will not be used for AI training

• It may be immediately deleted

• It may remain in secure backups for up to 90 days before permanent deletion

If required by law, we may retain content as evidence.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy due to legal requirements or service improvements.

Continued use of Manta after updates means you agree to the revised policy.
