HOLODREAMS LIMITED kindly reminds you to carefully review this Manta Prime Membership and Auto-Renewal Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) before becoming a Manta Prime member. It is important that you fully understand its terms, as they may affect your rights and interests, including but not limited to the obligations of HOLODREAMS LIMITED, your rights, and provisions on dispute resolution and governing law.
By registering for a Manta Prime membership, entering the purchase process, clicking to confirm, or otherwise using the services covered by this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept any of the terms, please do not proceed with the purchase or use the related services.
This Agreement governs all matters related to:
Manta Prime membership services and The automatic renewal subscription service （Collectively referred to as “the Service”）
This Agreement is a supplementary document to the Manta User Agreement and Privacy Policy, and forms an integral part of them. Any additional membership-related rules or guidelines issued by Manta also form part of this Agreement.
1. Service Provider and Definitions
1.1 Service Provider
Manta is an online community created and operated by HOLODREAMS LIMITED.
1.2 Users and Members
“Manta users” are individuals who have successfully registered, agreed to theTerms of Service and Privacy Policy, and use Manta’s services in compliance with all applicable policies and rules.
“Members” are Manta users who have additionally purchased and activated Manta Prime Membership under this Agreement.
1.3 Nature of the Service
Manta Prime membership is a paid value-added service. You must agree to this Agreement and complete payment before you can access Manta Prime benefits.
2. Membership Services and Fees
2.1 Membership Plans and Benefits
Manta Premium Membership is a paid subscription service. The specific pricing is subject to the latest announcements in the Manta app, and users can subscribe via Apple iTunes.
2.2 Pricing
The specific pricing, billing cycle and benefits of each Manta Prime plan are subject to the latest information displayed in the Manta app or on the purchase page at the time of your subscription.
2.3 Where You Can Subscribe
On iOS, you can subscribe to Manta Prime via Apple’s in‑app purchase system (Apple ID / App Store).
2.4 Viewing Membership Status
You can check your current Manta Prime status, remaining validity period, and other subscription details at any time by going to Manta App → My Prime
3. Auto-Renewal and iOS Billing
3.1 Auto-Renewing Subscriptions (Required iOS Wording)
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Your Manta Prime subscription automatically renews unless auto‑renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown at the time of renewal.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions after purchase by going to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a Manta Prime subscription.
3.2 Authorization for Auto-Renewal
By enabling Auto-Renewal, you authorize Apple (for iOS purchases) and, where applicable, other External Services (such as Google Play on Android) to automatically charge the Manta Prime subscription fee for the next billing period to your linked payment method, unless and until you cancel.
3.3 Responsibility for Payment
You are responsible for ensuring that your Apple ID or other payment method is valid and has sufficient funds or credit for the renewal. Any failure to renew due to issues with your payment method (such as expiration or insufficient funds) shall be your sole responsibility.
3.4 Effect of Non-Cancellation
If you do not cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, your subscription may be automatically renewed and the subscription fee will be charged for the next period. Once charged, such fees are generally non‑refundable, except as required by applicable law or as provided in Article 7.
4. Activation, Validity and Cancellation
4. 1 Activation and Validity
Your Manta Prime Membership will be activated immediately after successful payment, and the validity period will run according to the plan you selected (for example, weekly, monthly, or semi‑annual). You can view the validity period in Manta → My Prime.
4.2 Cancellation on iOS (Apple ID)
To cancel an auto‑renewing Manta Prime subscription on iOS, you must use your Apple ID account:
Open Settings on your iOS device;
Tap [Your Name] → Subscriptions;
Select the Manta (Manta Prime) subscription;
Tap Cancel Subscription or turn off Auto-Renewal.
Deleting the Manta app or deleting your Manta account does not automatically cancel your iOS subscription. You must cancel it through Apple’s subscription management.
4.3 Cancellation on Other Platforms (if applicable)
If you subscribed to Manta Prime via Google Play or other platforms, you should cancel the subscription according to the relevant platform’s guidelines (for example, through Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
4.4 Effect of Cancellation
Unless otherwise required by law, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Manta Prime features until the end of the paid period, and the subscription will not renew afterwards.
5. Member Rights, Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
Manta Prime is for personal, non‑commercial use only and may not be transferred, sold, lent or shared without HOLODREAMS LIMITED’s consent.
You must keep your account and password secure and are responsible for all activities under your account.
You must not obtain Manta Prime through illegal means (fraud, exploiting system bugs, unauthorized resellers, etc.).
You must not modify, crack, resell, or publicly display Manta Prime content without authorization.
If you violate this Agreement, platform rules, or laws, HOLODREAMS LIMITED may restrict or terminate your Manta Prime Membership and/or account without refund, and you may be liable for damages.
6. Liability and Service Interruptions
HOLODREAMS LIMITED will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Manta Prime Membership Services running normally, but does not guarantee that the Service will be free from interruptions or errors at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOLODREAMS LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental or unforeseeable losses arising from service interruptions or errors, except as otherwise required by mandatory local law.
If the Service is interrupted or affected due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, government actions, major network failures or technical incidents), HOLODREAMS LIMITED is not responsible for resulting losses but will take reasonable measures to reduce the impact on users where feasible.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 General Policy
As a general rule, all purchases of Manta Prime are final and non‑refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
We ordinarily do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.
If your account is disabled or terminated for violating platform rules or this Agreement, you are not entitled to a refund, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
7.2 Region-Specific Rights
EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland: You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your subscription start date, as mandated by local law.
Germany: You may cancel your subscription after renewal, but a one-month advance notice is required.
South Korea: You are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as required by local law.
Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, Wisconsin, and Israel:
You may cancel your subscription within three business days from the date of subscription without penalty.
If you pass away before the subscription term ends, your estate may request a refund for the unused portion.
If you become incapacitated (unable to continue using Manta services), you are entitled to a refund for the unused portion by submitting a request via email.
7.3 How to Request a Refund
If you subscribed using an Apple ID, refunds must be requested directly from Apple, not Manta. Follow these steps:
Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store > [Click Your Apple ID] > View Apple ID > Purchase History, locate the transaction, and select Report a Problem.Alternatively, visit Apple Support to request a refund.
For all other purchases, contact Manta Customer Service via email (manta@holodms.com), providing your order number, registered email, or phone number. The request should include a clear statement indicating that you wish to cancel the subscription.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement serves as a supplementary agreement to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other agreements, holding the same legal effect. In case of conflict, this Agreement shall prevail.
Any disputes between members and Manta shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the People’s Court with jurisdiction over the domicile of HOLODREAMS LIMITED Limited for litigation.
