Welcome to Manta! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Manta and all of its features, including AI Assistants, multi-Agent systems, voice interactions, content creation tools, and any other functionalities provided within the app (collectively, the “Service”).

The Manta Service is provided by HOLODREAMS LIMITED.

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop accessing or using Manta.

1. The Manta Service

1.1 AI Assistant & Multi-Agent System

Manta provides a variety of AI Agents that interact with you through text or voice, including but not limited to:

• Task-oriented Agents

• Knowledge Agents

• Utility/Tool Agents

• Emotional support Agents

• Creative/Content Agents

• Third-party extension Agents (where applicable)

These Agents may rely on technologies such as natural language processing, speech recognition, and speech synthesis.

1.2 Personalized Experience

To provide an optimized experience, we may recommend Agents, features, or settings based on your usage behavior, preferences, and input content.

1.3 Safety & Compliance

To protect users and maintain platform integrity, we may use automated detection, human review, and safety mechanisms to identify and address:

• Abuse or misuse

• Illegal activity

• Harmful or unsafe content

• Risks involving minors

1.4 Global Operations

The Service may involve transferring and processing data worldwide, including locations outside your country or region.
Details are described in our Privacy Policy.

1.5 Service Improvement & Research

We may use anonymized or aggregated data, where permitted by law, to improve Manta’s performance and user experience.

2. Privacy Policy

By using Manta, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains:

• What data we collect

• How we use and protect your data

• How you can manage your information

• How we handle sensitive permissions such as voice, photos, videos, and location

3. Your Commitments

3.1 Eligibility

To ensure a safe environment for all users:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Manta

• If your account has been previously banned for violations, you may not re-register

• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.2 What You Can’t Do

Impersonation or false information

You may not impersonate others, provide inaccurate information, or register an account on behalf of another person.

Illegal, harmful, or misleading activities

Including but not limited to:

• Fraud

• Dissemination of malware

• Generating false, abusive, hateful, or dangerous content

Harming minors

It is strictly prohibited to upload, create, or distribute any inappropriate content involving minors.

Violations result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

AI Agent abuse

Including:

• Prompting agents to produce illegal or harmful content

• Generating excessive spam

• Exploiting or manipulating prompts or system vulnerabilities

Unauthorized data collection

Such as:

• Scraping user content

• Collecting account credentials

• Buying, selling, or transferring accounts

Interference with the Service

Including attacks, automated abuse, bypassing technical controls, or disrupting the normal operation of the Service.

Uploading copyrighted or privacy-violating content

You may not upload content you don’t own or don’t have permission to use.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Users may upload text, audio, images, videos, location data, and other materials (“User Content”).

By uploading content, you agree to the following:

4.1 Your Responsibilities

• You own or are legally authorized to upload the content

• Your content must not violate laws, infringe rights, or contain harmful material

• You must not upload sensitive content involving minors

4.2 License Grant

By submitting User Content, you grant HOLODREAMS LIMITED a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to:

• Display, recommend, and distribute the content

• Perform moderation and safety checks

• Provide and improve the Service

You retain full ownership of your content.

4.3 Violations

If your content violates laws or platform policies, we may:

• Remove the content

• Restrict or terminate your account

• Prohibit re-registration

5. Content Removal & Account Termination

We may remove content, suspend your account, or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms or our policies

• Your behavior creates legal or safety risks

• We are required to act by law

• You upload illegal or sensitive material

Once deletion begins, content will be removed from public view immediately and may remain in backup systems for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.

6. “As Is” Service Disclaimer

Manta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be error-free

• The service will be uninterrupted

• AI outputs will always be accurate or suitable for any specific purpose

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, which is normal for such technologies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We do not guarantee that:

• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages

• We are not responsible for loss of data or user content

• We do not assume liability for third-party services or content

8. Subscription & Payment (If Applicable)

If Manta offers subscription services:

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled

• Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription

• Cancellation must be managed through Apple, Google, or other payment channels

• Refund eligibility varies by jurisdiction under applicable law

A complete subscription policy can be generated upon request.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms due to product changes or legal requirements.

Continued use of Manta constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use and delete your account.
